This ground-up new construction in the Schaffer’s Mill community was thoughtfully designed to bring a softer, more nuanced approach to mountain modern living—tailored to reflect our clients’ lifestyle and personal story.

While rooted in a classic mountain aesthetic, the palette was intentionally softened through white-washed walnut cabinetry, muted blue accents, and warm natural finishes. This layering introduced a subtle coastal influence—a meaningful nod to our clients’ origins—while maintaining a strong connection to the surrounding alpine environment.

Material selections and detailing throughout balance contrast and warmth, pairing light, airy surfaces with grounded stone elements and refined metal finishes. The result is a home that feels elevated yet approachable, with a calm, cohesive flow from space to space.
